Actually make that poem-time!! so a little while ago i wrote a poem for carol’s blog on what made me start blogging. you can see the guest post here.

Here’s an excerpt :

After reading an unusually unique book,

there I was, sitting by the window,

on a bright November afternoon,

pondering about my future.

Like the characters in the novel,

I kept wondering whether the future held

success in it for me .Whether i would

ever be recognised , praised and applauded

for using the skills I behold.

Advice-

1. Write what you believe in. Do not write about what is expected from you or what you do not even believe in. For example I would never write about god, neither for it nor against it. It is a simple advice but it helps a lot.
2. Do guest posts. They hardly get any traffic to your blog but guest posts help a great deal in making friends with fellow bloggers. There are some amazing people out here on wordpress!!
