Personified perfection

I have made a new friend. How we met is a funny story , which shall be narrated later.

He is a deep-thinking , ‘serious about life ‘ kind of a person. His work is organised and his lifestyle is pretty constant. He promotes happiness but many people fail to comprehend that. They don’t understand that he means well;They usually assume him to be the villain of the movie.How I hope they knew.

One memorable Saturday night

I was transported to heaven. Heaven, not the one where you get endless food and wine, no, heaven where happiness is real and in its purest form. Also, this heaven of mine was on earth.

The Pushes

They mocked me, with their mud-filled mouths ,

They shamed me, with their soul-less swears 

They insulted me with their inert indecorous ideas

They degraded me with their damned demeanour

The dark room

I am dancing, my hands creating patterns amidst the air, my waist swinging along, my legs throwing me upwards, up where I belong. I feel energised, as if this is what I was born to do, as if euphoria can only be found here, in this small dark room.

Black

Black is an overwhelming colour. Black is beautiful as well as base. Black provokes thoughts and inspires, both towards positivity and negativity. Black stands out.

It’s a labyrinth, a never ending maze. You’re never getting out of it, not alive anyway. It’s difficult to understand, to comprehend why, but as you think about it, you realize, it’s really simple.

I’m Mukthi Raja, almost 17 and raring to live this life everyone’s hyped about.

This is my second attempt at a blog, and I’m sure I’ll make this one last.

The first one was shut down due to fears of plagiarization, and not writing up to the mark.

However, this time, while the fear still exists,I am more confident and hopeful that with you, I can strive to make my work better.

Writing has been a sanctuary of sorts for me. My poems and articles, the tools to build this sanctuary. I love writing and I couldn’t continue staying away from it.
